queue

We went into Eastbourne today as my niece needed some new shoes for school ..... there was a really long queue in the shoe shop so while we were waiting for an assistant we took it in turns to go and do our banking. I was in the queue so long at my bank that my sister in law and niece got fed up with waiting in the shoe shop and thought they would try some others ..... no luck ....... we seemed to have queued for an hour for nothing ..... after being stuck in traffic we went to a large shoe shop out of town and managed to find her some lovely shiny black school shoes ....... what a frustrating few hours! .... we treated ourselves with a croissant each :)
