I love my local wool shop .... such a scrummy range of delicious colours
and textures to choose from ... and I always love looking through their
bargain bin ... I got these for only £1 a ball and they look so lovely
together ...
As you can see from what I am wearing today, I love these colours!
... and yes, they are pink fluffy slippers that the builders building the sunroom love mocking me about!!
So now the next thing to do is decide what to make with it ... my mum has just finished knitting a cushion cover ...
... and is now making a crochet one, so I think I will crochet a cushion cover too ... so I now have to decide do I do lots of squares, or stripes, or a big square .... humm .... I can't decide!
I hope you are all keeping warm in this cold snowy weather and have lots of lovely projects to keep your fingers busy!

ReplyDeletehehe love the title...Bargainous! Lovely wool and it's always lovely to find a bargain. I'm enjoying getting ordinary (cheap) double knit wool and creating pretty things out of it by picking interesting stitches :-)
I look forward to seeing the finished cushion. I like the idea of stripes or maybe you could do a mix of stripes and squares in patchwork fashion :-)
I like your mum's cushion too :-)
